Welcome to my PaleOMG Power Body Program! 🥳

Whether you’re stuck at home during a pandemic, traveling the world for work, or simply don’t have time to make it to a fitness class – a bodyweight workout can make all the difference in your daily life! Not everyone has a home gym or even a hotel gym with weights in it, but when you have a fun, creative bodyweight workout that you can do anywhere, you never have an excuse to skip a workout. The Power Body Beginner Program is here to help you keep up with your fitness goals without any equipment. And the best part of this 8-week program is that the workouts won’t take up much of your time! You have better things to do in your day-to-day life, and I’m here to make sure you stay in shape while enjoying your life at the same time.

I’ve been working out consistently for 10+ years and for the first 5 of those years, I did multiple workouts per day with rarely any rest days. I pretty much ran myself into the ground like a big, dumb idiot. I always thought more was better. But once I started taking more rest days and dividing my days up to let specific body parts rest, I actually began to see MORE results. I was working out less than before and actually experiencing better results. Nowadays I rest two days a week, I work out anywhere between 15-45 minutes, and I’ve never felt better. If you’ve ever fallen victim to the media telling you that you have to work out 1-2 hours per day to see results, I’m here to tell you (and show you) that it’s just not true!

About Me, Juli Bauer Roth!

I’ve been working out consistently for over a decade. I got my degree in Health & Exercise Science, I was a certified personal trainer, I coached CrossFit for years, competed in CrossFit, and tried about every different kind of workout out there. And from these 10+ years, I’ve learned A LOT. I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, what leads to injury, and what leads to the best results. And that is what you will find in this program–an 8-week challenge that will give you the tools to see results both inside and out. You’re going to feel stronger, quicker, and well, healthier.
